- the qualities that make my magazine effective is the way i put it 2gether. how i creatively chose a picture that will go well with my background color. my magazine was inspired my Time Magazine. i think my title promotes curiositty in to because the title of my magazine is The Truth so gives you a sense of wonder when you like at the cover on of my magazine like (“the truth about who…am i getting a inside scoop…who is adjo…what am i learning more about black history that i never heard before is that really adjo). i think my magazine is very visually pleasing because it attracts the eye when i turn it black and white alot of things stand out.

b) What was the order of hierarchy you were trying to achieve for the elements on your magazine cover? (About Hierarchy

i wanted my veiwer to see the title of my magazine first then the picture, then the sub headlines.

I found the magnetic lasso tool the most easy to use.  It was easy because the tool does all the work i really dont even need tp pay attention.  I just had to isolate the picture from its background.

1. What combination of tools did you use to isolate the fruit in “fruit_combo.jpg” and where in the image did you use which tool?

The combination of tools that I used to isolate the fruit in the “fruit_combo.jpg” was the magnetic lasso tool and the wand. I used the lasso tool to get rid of the bigger area, and i used the majic wand to get rid of the parts of the area that was left.3. Experiment with the following:
After you make a selection in the menu and go to
     a) Select > Modify > Expand
     b) Select > Modify > Contract
     c) Select > Feather

     a)select > modify > Expand
It makes the picture bigger. It expands the picture by how many pixels there are.     b) Select > Modify > ContractIt makes the picture smaller. It contracts the picture by however many pixels.

      c) Select > Feather

The feather, gives the picture a soft look, even around the edges.

What do these do? Post a fourth image indicating that you know what feathering does.
